Chronophantasma Extend~

SO. Blazblue Chronophantasma Extend!

Major re-balancing, Two new characters, New songs, All original character DLCs included, Additional story, Guard cancel overdrive and most importantly of all its on next gen BOTH CONSOLES. I'm one of those people who bought a ps3 JUST for BBCP(Worth) but man I hate ps3 controllers.

For those who don't know what guard overdrive cancel is it is canceling from a block into overdrive mode giving just a few frames of invincibility. This allows you to switch from defense to offense in a pinch. The major downside is when this is performed your overdrive time is cut in half.

http://shoryuken.com/2014/10/08/arc...lue-chronophantasmas-upcoming-ver-2-0-update/ Heres a link with some useful info on changes and previews of the two new characters lower on the page.

So, Who's gonna get it and play? Release date is June 30th so not far and having some day one players to fight for fun against would be a blast.

Also, Post your favorite/best character to play as if you like. I've been wondering what the general census is for character popularity.

I generally tend to ignore how good a character is and pick the one I enjoy playing. In BBCS it was Hazama but for CP it's Kagura. He wasnt crazy good in normal CP but I hear hes getting a slight buff/balance?

Uuuh...Think that's it. Can't wait~

So I was right about my prediction that the next BlaxBlue would be on both next-gen consoles.
Not only that it's a little cheaper than most new games. Running at only $49.99 for new gen and $39.99 for old gens.

Kagura's changes affect a few things regarding his incredible meterless corner damage, but his neutral game is still lagging, and short of a change in normals (I think), it may not be fixed at all until the next game version.

That said, the new and safer Anti-air while still having the old one is a huge boon and can make for slightly more interesting combos. The new stance cancels are also pretty nice and his damage doesn't seem too reduced from before. He may end up feeling a little too defensive-oriented like Jin did in CS, though.

I kinda noticed that his new combos rely a little more on [2]8C instead of [4]6B in most combo videos. It will be a weird transition but I'll adjust haha.
