Sure thing. What I meant is the first quarter AKA first three months. Sorry I was vague. However, @Soul's assumption that I meant first week is good enough of an answer. Doesn't mean that I don't want to know of the first quarter so answer away.

So, ultimately the available information allowed for far less concrete conclusions and figures than I was expecting. But ultimately, I would estimate that sales have been between 650, 000 and 850, 000 units globally for the first three months, including the first half of January. I realize that's rather a large span, and very possibly no firmer an idea than what you may have already been assuming, but as it is, it was hard to get it down to those figures. First, I took what we know about the first week's sales, the comparisons that have been confirmed to SCV and SCIV's sales figures that have been made at various points (some from more reliable sources than others), and the general descriptors that Namco has utilized for the sales to date (as compared against more firm figures for other titles). I then looked at Namco's year end income and holdings report (which of course does not, unfortunately for our purposes, include a firm figures on final quarter sales) and tried to make an accounting of as much of their gross income as possible based the sales figures available for other franchises over the last two quarters. Lastly I did some basic arithmetic extrapolating from the ratios of first-week to first quarter sales for games within the initial sales bracket we see here. Even making some big (but I think ultimately reasonable) assumptions at each stage, it still left pretty big margins, so ultimately the best I could do was pick a first three months figure (or rather range) which fit well with all of the available evidence; I'm as reasonably confident as I can be under the circumstances that the sales are roughly within that range, but they could be anywhere within it.

[PUKES AT MODERN PIECES]

but that armor set in the last two pictures looks nice c:

I was actually hoping a handful of modern pieces would be included, but I failed to factor in Namco's sense of taste when it comes to contemporary attire... I mean, multiple items of torn acid-wash denim? Seriously, Namco, did you license a Poison album to go along with that outfit?

Since they decided about the modern stuff I at least hope denim pants will be unisex
Speaking of modern stuff. Why couldn't they have made some tear based stickers and give us whole jeans.

I occasionally make modern stuff but none that would wear torn jeans. Most people wear jeans that aren't torn. Is like sometimes they try to make thier stuff as useless as possible.
