I'm not a fan of RE but the change is pretty bogus. You can't say it's very fair to slower characters who might need to rely on RE more often. GI cost also seems high, especially considering how GS carries over the whole match.

Do these costs also apply to auto-GI?

I think the devs wanted to emphasize using everything. If they only changed RE, no one would use it at all and solely use GI. Idk. Can Talim users let us know if the change affects her cancel? I'm not joining discords for characters I don't use.

Looking at the few Amy gameplays I've seen so far I might have had no reason to worry about the roses at all.
It really does seem like its additional and even then it doesn't seem to play a gigantic part in dealing damage (the actual throwing of them that is).

I'm little surprised the release was done by region time? (It is right?)
Correct me if I'm wrong but previous DLC was released for all regions at the same time right? I think most other games do that too nowadays that is.
Regardless it doesn't really bother, just a bit inconsistent is all, though I may be mistaken and uninformed admittedly.
I wonder what time she will be launched in EU.

Definitely excited to finally get my hands on her. I also on a personal note do look forward to what is potentially Amy's first proper scenario.

I'm not 100% surely someone knows but to my estimate I think it would be 3-4AM for UK, which I'm in also. But I'm not completely sure, its the closest from what I can gather. We may be lucky though and get her at midnight at least.

I don't play Talim, but I think I discovered a glitch regarding her BBB. If she cancels into stance immediately, her RE won't parry i10-16 moves even though it looks like the attack is being reflected. But if she holds the RE for even a slight moment, it will work as intended.
