I actually think Setsuka looked good in SC4, i just like her design in SC3 much better (which ironic since i think SC4 is the least best SC in terms of designs)

That's why i hope to see one of her alt color to be a throwback to SC4 default. And yeah Baiken is awesome indeed (even tho i don't play this game), actually never really realised how much SC4 Setsu vibe she have.
 
Not really the biggest fan of Setsuka personally, but I have to say her blonde iteration is so much better from the black hair one it's not even close.
 
I predict that her new costume will be based on her SCIII P1. However, either the left or right shoulder will be exposed, showing one side of her cleavage. With small changes to the kimono, like maybe the patterns or the blue & yellow colors.

Exposing her shoulder only makes sense for the dominant sword arm, though. Which would be her right one.
 
I think no matter what they do with Setsuka (in this game or the next) that they will probably keep her blonde and in a kimono of some multi coloration because I really doubt they'll want to reintroduce the character looking like Mary Poppins or the dreaded Patty Cakes

For the blonde part they can give her a look closer and similar to SC4's in her 3p,4p ect color, that would be awesome:

But again for the default design, Setsuka should ABSOLUTELY be base on her SC3 original design, i mean COME OOOON!!!

What an awesome character BTW, still can't believe we may see her back soon in SC6, almost like a dream come true!!! Setsuka has only been in 2 SC games, SC3 the broken ultra buggy game, and SC4 the worst SC gameplay wise game, thinking she may finally make it in a legit SC game is so amazing, i mean i just can't express it enough...

I couldn't agree With you more!!!!!
The design for SC3 Setsuka was amazing and I loved the dark hair more than the blonde (nearly all the Europeans are blondes in this game)

I think PS know how badly we want Setsuka so they're saving her for mid season hype along with Yun/hwang
And I know trying to get her SC3 voice back is a long shot (I know the VA did Lady Ashe from FF12) but she was perfect, her tone was so pointed and I loved that.
(So was Cassandra's I don't know what they did to her voice in 6)
