The think that make me ZZZZzzzzzzzz it's not just because he's guest, but he's an Archetype of a character we already have in SC (Samurai Guy)

But seems there's people excited about his addition, that's a good thing i guess.
 
Watched the trailer again, ok Hao Maru looks pretty cool.

What a great top 8 btw tho, dem Yuttoto switch to Zasa and Shen Chan to Tira were pretty dope.
 
I'm just amazed at how you can sell a 2D fighter's main protagonist's glorious entrance into a 3D fighter by showing nothing but plain 2D fighting. Kappa

No Side Stepping, no 8WR... Will SamSho players who are not familiar with SC even know any of the key differences in mechanics and gameplay from this trailer? It could as well have been a trailer for Mitsu making his way into SamSho. Meh.
 
So in fact there is absolutely nothing new.
We know Hao will be coming for like few months now (absolute worst choice anyways because we already have that archetype) and they didn't even show much when it comes to his character.
The fact that they keep us in dark is one of the reasons I've lost interest in this game. Every fighter in the market reveals or gives some hints about upcoming characters but here we have absolutely nothing except for some "colours" that actually can mean anything. I feel sorry for people waiting in anticipation for this even to learn something new - I truly am

The same cherry blossoms were in the Haohmaru guest reveal at EVO 2019, so I don’t think they are for setsuka. For some reason they only appear with Haohmaru.

He was announced early August 2019, I never imagined we would be waiting nearly 8 fucking months to get him! What a joke

To be fair, he was announced as the second character in SP2. We didn't even know who was the first character back when he was announced. Assuming his earliest release date would be in March, the time span between his reveal trailer and his release would be similar to Hilde's.

This. I have no hype for this season after all; the pacing of how the info is released to us sucks. The info remains unclear and speculative for too long. As a result, I'm just left feeling trolled once we finally do get some lame-ass little tidbits of info like the Haohmaru trailer just now.
Ehh.... I just don't care for this season anymore already. 🙄
 
I must admit, Haohmaru looks good. So does tge stage but... Spring? Thats a feelsbadman. It doesnt help that we get no info whatsoever. I kinda feel ignored as a fan, they never make any contact with us, its just leaving us in the dark for months. Anything, just ANYTHING would be nice. It doesn't feel good. It's kind of hard to stay hyped when we get nothing but radio silence until a character gets revealed, then we get a quick stream about how theybplay sometimes. Then a release then... Nothing. Until a different conven8when we just get something outvof nowhere. Im starting to think there is something going on behind the scenes with advertising.
 
I actually like the general tone of the art in Samsho, it has fantasy without being over the top and having the very animish look, more like SC and Tekken character designs in the first games.

Almost bought it at launch but then i heard the netcode wasn't too good.

I really, really doubt they intended to "troll" anyone. We just kind of expected Hwang because his name means "yellow" which is obscure, and many didn't really expect Hilde because they said they were only doing characters up to SCIII. Remember, that leak wasn't intended to mean much, just left overs from whatever they were throwing around before it was finalized.
