I've had some fun with the latest DLC pack :) Here's Dancer Talim. I had her in the slit skirt at first, but I think the Peony Wrap looks much better. I've greatly enjoyed using the bridal tiara as a headpiece, Hilde's tiara as a chestpiece, and the snake horns as a belt.

I'm going to throw out some more of my favorite Talim creations :) This first one is a recreation of her Soul Calibur 4 1P outfit. I actually don't really like this outfit nor do I like my recreation all that much, but I'm throwing it here anyway, lol.

This next one is not a direct recreation, but is heavily influenced by Talim's kitty costume from Soul Calibur 4. I just love this one! Of course it is not exact by any means, but I feel like I captured the general vibe of her kitty costume.

These may be my last set of creations. It seems like things are quiet around this forum anyway :P Of course, I had to save my main for last - Talim. Let's go through these one by one.
First I have Nurse Talim. Look, I'm sorry I put a 15 year old in a nurse outfit, BUT you have to admit that she looks super cute and is definitely a sign of the times in 2020/2021. I liked using the minidress as an undergarment underneath Asuka's Shirt. I just wished the textures matched better.
Next is Cowgirl Talim. I love the patterns on this one with the bandana-print shirt and the cow print socks and scarf. Also, the weapons used (tonfas) work out great with the clacky noises they make during combat.
Finally, we have what I like to call Kawaii Talim. I love the kitty cap as well as the cat sticker used on her crop top. Very cute stuff here. Very anime.

| This is arguably my wildest "cosplay" idea to date: I decided to dress up Talim as Storm from the "X-Men" …specifically, the mohawk-punk version. Because I could; I mean, as cute as the Ms. Marvel cosplay is, this is technically more appropriate due to their abilities: |
It's also amusing just how much an outfit can "change" someone's appearance, as the Kamala cosplay shows off Talim's youthfulness, whilst this Ororo cosplay shows off just how toned she is!
I feel partly guilty in making a lazy design — just throwing the "leather" pattern on everything — but it's already a simple design, so…
It would also have been nice if they had brought back the dual-belted "Holster (Hip)" from SoulCalibur V, but you make due with what you have.
I had trouble using the "Apple" accessory to create Storm's all-white eyes, but then remembered I had used the "Pure Ring" to do the same for a character in V (and, similarly, it'd also be nice if they had brought back the glowing version).
…but, at least her eyelids can blink over 'em.

It's certainly fortunate that Kilik's "warrior's prayer beads" was made available for the ladies, and that they're worn on the same wrist!
I initially considered applying "Emil's mask" to the duffel bag… but it looked too creepy; so I opted instead to shrink the strapless duffel bag and create a pocket to hold the map.
I honestly know very little about Dora the Explorer since I was too old for it, but also too young to have kids who'd watch it; but, the costume seemed cute for Talim, and she looks like she's ready for an adventure, no?
I ran out of capture ideas, so aside from the second picture I took screenshots of Talim's victory poses just before the "You Win!" message appears! Wasn't easy!

Now, due to the lack of a "pencil miniskirt," I decided to style the costume based on the comics, using the same "pure ring trick" for her eyes as I had with her "Storm" cosplay. |
I also utilized the same makeup + sticker combination for her skin as I had with Amy's "Raven" cosplay, which I think fits just a little bit better. The "Double Crescent Blade" seemed the most space… ish.
In a way, it's kind of a lazy outfit since it's mostly made up of parts from the "Ladies' Set" (why is it called that?!), with the "Tiger Lily Gauntlets" helping to constrain the default gloves.
You know, even though her "Darna" cosplay is more revealing, this one feels more provactive. X3 I almost feel dirty for making this outfit for her…
