Where do you live btw? If it's anywhere not in california, I guess our defination of "good" connection would be different lol. I play somebody online in socal and I'm in norcal, and I get fustrated if I can't hit-confirm counterhits or shakeout of stuns on reaction on the same stuff that offline easily.
I played billy recently and was able to do stuff like shake out of Amy WS B and block 2B+K in time, but online there was no chance I could of done that on reaction. AND we live like right around each other in norcal.
