I Can't really give tips for Viola specifically. Viola is a character you can use in many ways.

I've gone through her move list & watched videos of really good Viola players but I can't seem to keep her combos or the right times to use certain moves in my head. >-<; Oh well,maybe she's too complicated for me

Hm, Viola's a tough one, agreed ^^; Low damage output means you have to be really strategic to start pulling the wins.
