I cant get the jf even offline lol maybe like once in a blue moon :/ I dunno if the input for JF twister is a fasts one, or is it the same input for cervantes IGDR? like the 4 and B in that move have to be hit on the same frame.

You can take your time to 2143. And you can hold the 3 for a bit before doing the 1 frame a:B slide. I can't really describe the speed, though every time I do it I get a certain rush of sorts.

oh i see on sc4 I got setuska's jf umbrella like most of the time, but now with alpha i dont :/ I use alpha because he's fun to use. Well to me he's fun.

For me, I picked up Alpha because I want to learn a more complex character, since I felt Mitsu was simple. He's fun to use, no doubt, its mastering the execution skills needed to use him effectively thats the challenge.
