How bout PyroScrub taking 2nd at what was it canada cup? Primarly online before that right? Or xSmokex taking 2nd in his first online debut... Shujinkydink, Archmagus, Curbolicious, I dont know many online players for SCV anymore but I know the offline/online argument being played out still is funny... Online is viable now.

Sure, online's viable. Good theory and a good connection should get you going.

It's just... real people are better, and I say that primarily as an online player. No lag, no disconnections, no miscommunication... Maybe if they start laying fiber in the States I'll change my mind, but ISPs are really greedy here.

Yea I dont see that happening, LOL they would love to keep charging me 65.00 for my 10 down 3 up LOL rip off.... All Im saying is it isnt hard for a good player to re adapt to playing online. I do it before every tournament. People should stop throwing offline in online peoples face, Ive been to 5 tourneys this year do you see me running around shouting about how im better than online players?

I think even hardcore offline players should play online, if just for the matchup experience. But, I can understand if they don't.
