I dont really think you can say there is a "best move" because they all work differently haha. I would imagine Natsus quickest moves could be considered pretty good. aPats moves are nice but not the safest.

^ Apat has safe launchers and moves everywhere. For me the best move in the game is either pat's 66b or apat's 2363b, but hey im biased >.>

2363B is an awesome move. And I meant most of apats generic moves not his nice stuff. Then again hes like only my 5th best so I dont know his frame data well.

In theory it's not an amazing move but Asta's 22B BE can also eat a dick.
