Pretty sure we'd just get previous games' prediction stupidity + a CPU that actually knows how to do wall combos. Not sure anyone will be defeating that...

There will always be AI exploits because the AI can only ever be programmed to understand the way the developers originally intended you to use certain things, and can't think creatively to figure out a new strategy.

SCV has very bad AI though, if an old, old video of mine is anything to go by, so there's a lot of room for improvement.

@thenewperson yes, about wall combos. They should do the max dmg except for moves that are chance. (Yoshi's 4A series) Every time would be irritating.

If it's on PS4 cpu should be smart. Implement a system where it learns from p1's strategies/habbits. Not necessarily block it every time, but up the percentage & use them against you.

The AI is weak to certain strategies. With Yoshimitsu, you utilize the Flea stance to kill them. As long as you hop, they just watch you.

I also would like to be able to fight every character in said mode. I wanna fight Yoshi like that.

Ivy 6B8's me from hopping a lot. Do not recommend.

@BloodyTigerRoar Thing is, there isn't always a percentage to be upped. There's usually stuff they just can't do anything about.

@thenewperson. Try Flea K to AI Ivy. If she blocks it, just go back to Flea and try it again. That's actually the strategy I did to beat Legendary Souls.

Forgot to mention, do A+B once she's airborne and you're in DGF stance now.

@thenewperson yea that hopping strategy is meh. A few hops is good for guard dmg but that's about it.

Just hopping around is boring anyway. The point of an extreme difficulty is that you wouldn't be able to win in such a meager way.

The best difficulty is human opponents. AI have psychic like reflexes. I mean, I make a good guess and then get JG for it? That can break a person.

Besides, winning by any means necessary is the goal. As long as it's in the game and no hack, all is well.
BloodyTigerRoar
BloodyTigerRoar
Nah, winning with superior skill is ny goal.
I JG a lot anyway, so the cpu won't have much choice.

Your lost. The real fun is the human competition where you are forced to play outside the box. AI will always have that one soft spot where they can't adapt. No matter the difficulty.

You misunderstand, I started this post talking about a more difficult cpu setting. Never said that was where my core enjoyment of the game comes from.

You a glutton for having an AI that's so extreme like if it's human. I only know one SC game that has that: Soul Calibur Broken Destiny. The AI actually gets Setsuka's JFs right and makes you want to pull out your hair.

I really want to see you tackle this challenge, but chances are you're gonna get bored and want human players. >3

Tower of Souls Setsuka was pretty devilish too. Nailed all JFs and when in a tag team of Satsuma, Cervantes and Mitsu it really is hell. (Can't even remember what I did to pass that level.)
