Why would I hate a non-viable character who wasn't viable enough to be a finished character in SCV? If Talim & Zas were completed characters in SCV, Leixia would make their moves not matter anymore. Your the one that's hating when you said Leixia's 4A+B is terrible and believe the "Leixia is low tier" BS when you don't know Xianghua's style at all.

I think @Vergeben already leaked Talim so it seems like she’s in. Probably still in development I guess.
