Your se choice would beat it since sea b tracked on delay in scv. In sc6 it seems like prep a off a 1b would catch and give a run counter. On Tc right now if u got a hard read you can for prep 6b, prep aa for a safe one ( not sure on frame advantage on it but should be safe on block), or...

Nah even after the nerf he was pretty good. Prep opened you up for SE and he got a solid mix up off if 2a. Also 1b seems to be 0as a prep entry and negative enough on hit to go for b + k

Nah scv raph was the best raph so far. Still labbing sc6 raph so no input yet but he seems to have a new playstyle cuz some things he has seem real strong. Prep is good, dont sleep on it

Yea its been a minute since ive checked the site lol. So i was at the ring out event and didnt test too much as all stations were stick and my opponent was my gf lol. I didnt try to enter prep off of 4b sadly.

I def stunned my opponent tonight w ch 4b. Also 1b is amazing though i think its negative on hit as a prep entry. Also i got a ring out on my oppononent when their back was to a wall with 3b. I only got like 4 games in with him but so far im liking what i see

with out trying to derail this thread too much it should be said for a character like raph space is very important in most MUs. against someone like viola i will take what ever i can to create space even if it puts me at -16 (prepAB) which isnt too bad considering how much space is created, hell...

A late reply but bojack in regard to G beating all of prep i think that is in raphs favor. if my opponent only wants to block and react to SE then i can prep AB can create a good amount of distance on block with that move. IF my opponent is gonna give me that for free than i will gladly take it.

i always thought 66k was used just to build space, its great against those short range characters when you need to go back to the keep away game

8A+B should catch those since they are i13. it seems the wiki may be mistaken cuz it says 8A+B dosnt work on SL yet thats the main reason why i use it in that situation is to catch 2As that will beat the throw. im not near my console but would neone like to dbl check that

11k into 8A+B/ grab as a mix up is pretty solid and leans on the safe side. it has served me well for a while

from what ive seen its isnt too hard to do but its practicality is highly questionable

its isnt about being the better raph, i dont enter enough tourneys to consider myself the best raph or nething. If he thinks this is a viable move and if he think his style has merit than just prove it at a tourney against competent players, thats all.
