Let me know when and where, and I'll try my best to make it.
Also I'll need to borrow a controller/fightstick, if possible. I usually play on stick on 360 but couldn't bring much home, so I'll practice on pad tonight to warm up.
I'm in town until next Saturday. Any chance of a meetup sometime this week? I'm extreeeemely out of practice because of school but I'd love to play! :)
Just posted on the thread. I'm hesitant to go because of my schoolwork but if we can get a showing that's anywhere close to TBF9, that'd be sick.
I'll poke around and see if anybody from SA, OKC or other areas is interested in traveling for this, because when we had a big showing at TBF9 it...
Dang, those combos are flashy. Might be worth looking into for me to learn the Bella/Peacock ones.
Still waiting for the 360 patch, as far as I know, however :(( My Bella is at least presentable, though. The only thing I can do with Peacock at the moment is hit-confirm into her projectile...
I'll start with Pyrrha because I dabbled with her before I took a break, then move on to Alpha. Will probably go back to Cervy, Mitsu and Asty too, because they're too fun xD
The couple of games I was able to catch on stream were VERY high-quality matches. Thermidor v. Woahzz comes immediately to mind, and some of the team matches as well. I'll be hitting the stream archive when I find some free time :)
Congrats to Xeph on two big tourney wins in a row, and way...
I know for a fact that if I run a team, I won't go to three people. It's hard enough for me to learn two characters in a 2D fighting game, and running Cerebella on a team of three makes her absurd damage output not as absurd, and therefore less fun for me xD
And yeah, I'll definitely play...
