So, In Siegfried's SC4 frame data, who put "Blaze Wind (cancel)"?! Okay, really? You CAN'T cancel Blaze Wind! It will always go to Dexter Hold (Side Hold)! For some reason, this is listed in his SC4 frame data page, but not on his SCV, SCI, or his SCIII page.

So, I wanted to fix/add stuff to Siegfried's SC4 page and add a SC1 movelist, but there is no edit page button. And since I see on the page: "Editors." people can clearly edit. What's up with this?
