I'm pretty sure CaS will be available in rank. As you can see both the characters names and the style (Which are also the characters names) are separated. If rank match did not allow CaS there would be no reason to state the style name.

But what about re-colors at the very least? I would find it rather dull if I'm just limited to the two color choices given to me in Ranked play. That's the least offensive thing, if not completely harmless. From what I can tell, edits for the regular cast are only selectable through the CaS...
