I have always stayed away from 66k ever since calibur 2, IMO the move is garbage. Its -16 on block and -4 on hit, so anyway you look at it, its bad. I also prefer 22a over 22b because I feel that 66a has a small sidestep built into it, so it give you extra evasion.
