From what I can tell this doesn't work consistently against small characters. Only way I can land it against another Talim is at max range for the 6BB otherwise the WS A+B goes over them and drops the combo at 48 damage
When I was testing it, I recorded the dummy to do WNC B:B followed by AA, and I just AA'd after blocking it. It was clashing.
This is right at +2. Looking at it again I forgot that BT 2A isn't 12 frames like 2A and comes 2 frames slower at 14. the 2A's were clashing
Patch looks to be live on PC so here's what I've tested and found. Scuffle doesn't work with the patch it seems so this was tested by recording moves and finding what works if anything.
3A looks to be 0 on block now.
WC K looks to be -8, down from -10
WCB:B looks to be 0, down from -4
WC BB...
I won't try to tell you it's super simple or anything like that, but if you're on a stick I feel it's way easier than I thought it would be. I can get it about 70% of the time.
FC3BB still launches on CH(I think normal hit as well but I'll be honest, I've not been paying nearly enough attention), I've been using FC3BB6B 2A+B but you can probably use FC3BB6A+B as well.
My skepticism of anything saying Mi-na will be in the game comes from 2 reasons that relate to each other pretty heavily. First is the perceived limited roster space. BN hasn't said anything about the final roster numbers for SCVI (that I can remember) but we seem to all be thinking around...
I've been playing it, currently HR 49 need to kill a Kirin to climb more. It's a lot of fun, looks amazing, and had a lot of little things streamlined to make it less of a hassle to play than other entries.
Orisa is super fun, I keep going back to the PTR just so I can play her. I think she's a super strong option for an off-tank but I doubt she'll do what she's intended for and replace Reinhardts in some comps, time will tell though. They did already nerf her ammo capacity(200 down to 150) and...
She's really good but requires some actual teamwork and planning to be at her most effective. After playing a couple games with and as her, I still believe she kind of makes Tracer a sub-optimal pick. Only real thing Tracer has over Sombra is her ability to remove a tank by herself with her...
if I remember correctly, Sombra's hacking is on a 12 second cool down, but the teleport thing and the invis are on 6 second cool downs. Both very short making her pretty damn mobile. Her ult charges super fast(we're talking Call Mech speeds if she has a target), is instant, and lasts 6 seconds...
See, Rom was weird for me. My first play through(str build) it took 2 tries for me to kill him. One to learn the fight and one to actually kill him. My second play through(skill build) took like 10 tries to finally take him down. A lot of speed runners I've been watching the last week or so...
