Pokes don't catch you. There are many videos out now of using PORC in various situations and blocking 2As and 12F CEs easily. You can cancel it without moving forward at all, and it's very fast. Did you not watch the video? lol
To PORC you need to do a dash/sidestep, then unblockable cancel. The input is:
4BA (or any PO transition), PO 641236B~G.
The first 6 gives you a dash, and the rest of the input gives you an instant cancel with minimal lag. I've uploaded a video to showcase this as well
There is a system called air control, where your opponent can influence themselves in the air. It prevents infinites / abnormally long combos. Unfortunately, everything you posted doesn't actually qualify as a combo because holding any direction allows the opponent to float away after 2 hits...
WS BB is 12f and WS K is 16 iirc. Basically if you don't want to be interrupted by any buttons whatsoever, use WS BB, it beats everything except stepping/GI.
Because A+B forces your opponent into a crouch state on block, people that mash A/B get a while standing move, and your WS K is fast...
Both hits are mid, it's NC, high damage, and pretty safe. It also tech crouches. It's a good mid option out of PO. Though it's main value is the range, it's by far her best whiff punisher at mid-range
If you do the A, you lose the benefit of the frame trap. A+B gives you a free throw 50/50 or WR K counter-hit attempt. Doing A+B raw is hit confirmable too, so the A is more of a detriment tbh. The trick to timing 6[B+K] is to do it late af, like when they hit the ground do it. It's crazy how...
The only ways I've seen so far:
A+B > Super
and any combo leading into 6[B+K] where you end up back-turned. E.g.:
CH 4BB > 6[B+K] > Super
CH 22_88A > 6BB > 6[B+K] > Super
Max damage off A+B or CH 44B: 6[B+K], 66K or CE
66K does 40 damage making it your best damage option after the 6B+K tailspin.
Also CH 22_88A, 6BBB, 6[B+K], 66K is a true combo. Huge reward for catching movement with 22_88A
Max damage: CH WR K, 3B~B+K~KA, 66K
You can theory-craft rebuttals and what ifs all day long, but the reality is SC turns him into a high-risk high-reward character. I said be smart about your offensive, that means you don't have lean on only your SC moves, mix it up! You seem to forget that activating gives YOU the advantage, not...
You're supposed to use the CE for whiff punishing generally. If you're doing it raw in neutral for no reason, and they hit you with this SC punish, you probably deserve it. This isn't a big deal at all if you're using the CE correctly.
The idea behind his SC is that his offensive abilities dramatically increase. If your opponent is tunnel-visioning by looking for random supers, it opens them up to the cheap SC moves you have. 4Bx3,K is a long range, mid-hitting, hit-confirmable string that does great damage and ROs and...
