    Long distance moves - why are they good?

    I haven't tested, but if a long distance move is greater than say i13 would an opponent's 2a interrupt it? If so then how exactly are long distance players able to stop the opp from getting in close?

    Are all low attacks horizontal?

    Or is 2B vertical? How about 2K? Which low attacks can/can't be stepped and what is the ratio to those that can be stepped?

    Question about range and long distance attacks

    Is there some kind of advantage by using long range attacks and keeping your enemy at a distance? For example, does a long range attack of i21 beat an opponent's short range attack of the same speed (i21) or will they still clash?
