66B+K

Never mind, I figured out that it's range dependant both on the ground and in the air.
The closer you are the more damage it does.
 
I didn't know it mattered how far away your opponent was, but I did know that the damage differs depending on what part of the sword contacts your opponent. For example, if you launch your opponent and do 66B+K too early, the handle of her sword will the the point of contact. This will do less damage than if you wait a bit longer to throw out 66B+K and have the center of the blade hit your opponent.
