6AA shouldn't jail

Just as the title suggests. It is to much a catch all to also be able to jail you if the first hit connects on block.

based on patch notes its sounding like its still gonna jail but not be +2 on block and have reduced pushback. this is the fine second alternative to patching this move so its still a strong move and will be at least your turn on block now.
