I assume you mean ending a juggle with A+K B 2143A:B?
It's tough to explain, but just do it as fast as you can when the victim is at the peak of the launch. Just keep practicing =)
 
Yes... is very difficult to explain, I have a rule, you have to buffer when Sets is drawing the blade, but you have to be fast!

I just started having Setsuka as a secondary after like 5 1/2 months and I can still get everything. A+K, B. JF Umbrella, 11B, a:G:B, JF Umbrella, a:G:B, a:G:B, JF Umbrella etc pretty consistently. To me they are normally pretty easy offline(Mostly if I come back to them after a while).
 
Honestly I feel like the hard part for me isn't getting the JF as opposed to the regular version, its getting the 2143 to come out at the right time. Getting the JF vs normal is easier than iMCF IMO.
