I think the game itself says that bullrush is a poke. Funny, that way Natsu's 66B is also a poke (it's actually one frame faster) that does freaking 50 damage (and even more with clean hit)

At least aPat can punish this move. In addition to retarded damage, a lot of Natsu's moves have this idiotic pushback on guard which makes them impossible to punish for many characters.
