Well, somebody should have done it sooner or later, right?

You probably already know this, but 6BB only hits for 15 damage-
forcing a mixup by using 6BB236 low/throw (about 50-60 damage overall)
or full mashed out version of 6BB236BB (75 damage overall) should give you better results.
(FYI, the on-hit version of 6BB236BB is JIable, for you aerial kick guys out there.)

6BB gives you about 2 frames of advantage on hit.
If you're slack with your timing and you get 66B blocked, it's still OK-
66B crushes in 13, 6:6B in 15.

If you're feeling pressured (or playing online lol), instead of the usual 66B you can use 6BB instead, unless the opponent is left in crouch (which I'll denote).

It's not necessary to use the JF version of 66B to punish,
but I'm sure it might help with your inherent timing. I dunno.

This is a definitive and exhaustive punishment list,
so it may list moves that don't necessarily make sense.
There is missing frame data for a lot of characters,
so if anyone could help out and catch any missing links or correct any mistakes that'd be great too.

(NOTE- I have not listed 66B in some places because I just could not pull it off, even though the frame data says a move is -16. Sometimes 6BB whiffs on this move, so a move is considered "safe" when really it is not. If you find one of these moves and you can punish with 66B please notify me ASAP.)

BT2K is usually 66B punishable but not 6BB punishable.

Max damage for punishing with 66B is 66B>6:6BA. 54 or 55 damage. All Amy players should learn and do this.

Sacrifice... what, 3 points of damage? A little harder to do, but it's safer if you miss the JF or the opponent pulls a Just Ukemi.

i just do 66B 6:6BA personally because i have no fear, but i do like 6:6Bx3 as well

You messed up a bit with Voldo. If he does 2A+B 236B or 236K, he'll beat out 6BB (After 2A+B is blocked, I mean), and pretty much any other move, as far as I can tell. I don't think you can punish 236K with 6:6B, either. Also, if he does BS [2]A+B (Where he goes into the explosion), you can punish it with 6:6B after blocking the first hit. I believe it's guaranteed in that situation.
 
Made me realize i should be punishing with 66B more often haha
