No, the only reason it's reported as a "rumor" is because if any journalist that was there confirms it, they'd be on every game company's shit list. So by calling it a "rumor" they can still report on the leak without breaking their non-disclosure agreement.

Im more happy that the 1/31/12 release date is confirmed too. I just want to hear about this collectors edition and what characters come with it

It's intertesting it just says "Florence", because I think (at the time) Florence was part of the Granducato di Toscana (Grand duchy of Tuscany) Is that right?
Seems wierd because for Voldo's bio, it says Palermo, Kingdom of Naples. I wonder why they just put "Florence"?

Tuscany capital was Siena, Florence got his own state like many other city

BTW as you can see the map was from begin of Renassaince
In our days Florence is the "capital"(i don't kwno the english word) of Tuscany wich is both the red, the yellow and also the lil orange(Lucca) areas

So happy you finally have a normal looking cool Italian to play as! I love Voldo, but he's kind of a wierd choice for Italy! :)
