This thread is basically just the title. I've been having a lot of trouble with iTunes lately, mostly because I can't update it due to the administrator password on it belonging to the IT department. I've been using 3rd party software, but it hardly ever works how it should and I end up with songs without cover art or something like that. Any ideas? I can probably get the IT department to download the update, but it will take a few days for them to get around to it and I'd rather not wait as I use my phone for music quite a lot.
