Aragh did most of it
well, i have first 5 characters done today and i feel like this is gonna be disappointing. There is almost always a better way to deal with a string than a 4B+K. There are some cases when its the only option, tho.

here is a full list, i hope it is readable and that everyone can find his favorite uses of 4B+K with it. I believe it is fairly complete but there is always a possibility i overlooked something, sorry if i did. Thanks to Bushindu for his help!

green are the attacks that will score us a CH when avoided with SET 4B+K, which allows to combo with 3B like Bushindu noticed earlier.
bright blue are attacks that when evaded with SET 4B+K will make the orb NH.
yellow are attacks that when evaded with SET 4B+K will still allow opponent to block the orb.
red are attacks that when evaded with SET 4B+K will result in orb whiffing.
