Fighting game reference apps/mobile-optimized resources

Hey, 8WayRun.

I'm looking for recommendations on fighting game reference apps or mobile-optimized online resources (preferably of the free variety) –– move lists, combos, frame data, that sort of thing. The games I'm personally interested in are Soulcalibur V, Virtua Fighter 5, and Street Fighter IV, but if you have others you want to share, go for it.

I have an Android phone, but if you want to share an iOS-only favorite, likewise go for it.

It's a pity this was never answered. Up until a year ago I had an app that had Soul Calibur V's frame data in that excellent Wiki format (that you can see in characters' soul arenas), but recently I changed phones, and now I can't find the app in Play Store anywhere. Furthermore, when I open a soul arena page with frame data in my Google Chrome, the command icons overlap, so sometimes I can't discern a number of frames or which command is displayed. Choosing "display as desktop site" helps but not too much.
I hope someone can tell me where I can find the app.
