Which is why I asked my questions first before ever introducing myself.
Hey guys, I go by disdainted in PSN I'm somewhat new to SC.
My last SC game was with II in the GC. From their, I skipped III and IV, and transitioned to V.
So you can imagine my frustration trying to play as Alpha with having no experience to play as Setsuka.

I've rambled on long enough. Nice to meet you all.

Got a pretty similar story of my own. Doesn't seem like anyone who's already is very interested. Maybe they've heard it all over and over before. Or maybe they've decided that new people are all troublemakers. (Mais nous ne sommes pas françaises! Vraiment!)

I took 2 years of French, but unfortunately, I'm not all that good.

I've been playing SC for a long time and I still can't pull off alpha pat's fastest input moves so... take heart and I share your pain.

We're just scared anyone who can speak french will start a revolution around here. Don't take it personally man.

Je suis heureux de faire ta connaissance aussi! Haha... that means I'm probably not much better at French than you are. I've had a lot of practice thanks to various crazy French and Algerian people I've met online, but I still need to look up every other word in a dictionary to make sure I'm using the right words and spelling them correctly.

Judging by some of what I saw in the chat yesterday, can see why that might be.

Hmmm... I'm going to have a hard time surviving on a forum where there's no tongue smiley...
