I could never find a real use for Soul Charge beyond level one. And even then, blocking makes you lose it.

The meterless GI argument is another issue entirely. If it's gonna stay as powerful as SC5 GI, it better cost something.

Someone earlier brought up that the 2 aren't mutually exclusive. So I am kinda missing the point of this thread.

That was me, I believe.

Why not both? Input for soul charge 5A+B+C is free anyway. They also serve different purposes BE adds a follow up, while SC changes properties of move.

You said it isn't unbalanced, there's nothing to answer.

Whenever someone mentions a character is unbalanced they would back it up with some explanation. The same goes here. I don't know why I still even care what your thoughts are, especially since you're being a total dick about it.
