I said I would post my results on 8wayrun of my results from p90x for motivation for people so here it goes. You can play video games and still be fit, never feel you have to sacrifice one for the other. Well, here goes my results, continuing to bring it!
Day 1: I was getting my gut back working at pizza hut, as you can see lol.
Day 30: By day 30 my stomach was already slimming down with more definition in my chest. I was in way better shape and more energy.
Day 60: Definition in my arms and back. Also more definition in my chest and stomach slimed down even more. There's also noticable weight lost in my waist.
Day 90: And here it is, graduation pic. Changes in waist, stomach, chest, arms, back.....just everywhere. The lighting sorta sucks on it but oh well. I even got a little four pack showing lol.
Day 1/Day 90 Comparision: Pretty self-explanitory, a side-by-side pic comparison from when I started up to day 90.
This is a day 80 photo comparison, I just posted this pic to show how blown up this excercise can make you if you want it to. The recovery week makes you cool back down lol.
But wait, my journey doesn't end here! :)
I did continue the program even farther, adding more and more definition, shape, and endurance to my body:
I start getting into doubles by my last phase of my second run through the program, and here are the results by the end of my second phase....
I've been losing my waist by the inches.....seriously....
And finally my last pic, from when I started this school year up until my graduation comparison......
So with this program too, you can go from this......
To this.....
And have the strength and flexibility to do things you thought you would never be able to do...
So rather you doing it for the health, the looks, or just the energy to keep up with your kids (trust me, I know that feeling o.O)
P90x does give you the tools to get that done. You stick with the nutrition, you do the workout and you WILL get results. Let's get it in, bring it! X
