Project Soul wants to know your favorite characters!

Early this morning, the SoulCalibur Facebook page opened a poll to see who are the fan favorite characters in the series. The list seemed to have every playable SoulCalibur character in the list to choose from. The only ones I didn't see when I was skimming were the bonus characters introduced in SCIII and SCIV.

Considering that the vote includes Lost Swords character, then it is safe to say that this is for a future SoulCalibur VI character roster. Please note that this is not a confirmation for a SoulCalibur VI. It is only speculation on my part. If you would like to have your voice to be heard, then you should get on your Facebook account and follow the directions in the spoiler below.

Be VERY CAREFUL when filling out the information before voting. The form allowed me to manually fill in my information, but messed around to see if I could skip the email part and move on. I figured out the hard way that once you are done with the first name, last name, and email part, you are then locked out from editing it altogether. I ended up borrowing my Mom's Facebook just so that I could finally get my vote in. However, when I used her account it auto-filled her information for whatever reason. All of that was a pain for me, but the voting part was easy.

You can only vote for one character when you do this. All you have to do is click the heart when you're hovering over the picture and that will count as a single vote. Who did you vote for? Comment and let us know who you want in the next SoulCalibur game!

I just read it on the SoulCalibur Facebook page and Hoshino's ready to nerf Pat. YES!!! JUSTICE HAS PREVAILED. Hoshino also knows that Xianghua would automatically have every matchup be 10-0 in her favor if she returns in SCVI.

As unpopular a first-pick Patroklos is, it doesn't mean he's less popular: The way the voting is set means he could be everyone's 2nd favourite character and no one's first favourite.

Pat isn't going anywhere, but I can't wait for him to be nerfed in SCVI. Thank you, Hoshino

Yeah, I kind of figured that out a while ago.

 

It never ceases to amaze me how people hate Pat because of his personality, since Siegfried was just as much (if not more) of a shithead when HE was first introduced, all the way back in Soul Blade/Edge.

I wish this poll was multiple choice, because I'd totally pick Yun-Seong, Seong Mina, and Talim. We need the other asian trio back!

Wrong,Siegfried was nothing like Patroklos.

Patroklos's personality is damn right annoying.His attitude towards others in battle is shitty.
And "Justice this,justice that!" adds more to the annoyance.Overall a disgusting main character.

Siegfried was seriously a jerk and a stupid kid. You couldn't see that? Falling into a bad group of bandits, killing his dad, going insane and convincing himself that someone else was to blame (Pat also senselessly blames malfested for the evil in the world...) Siegfried was also partly responsible for the fall of Ostrheinsburg Castle, killing his commander in the middle of the siege just so that he could get his hands on his commander's sword. Siegfried eventually finds Soul Edge and it takes advantage of his warped mind... Sound familiar?

Also, "I've never had such an easy victory!" What an arrogant turd he was. I bet Siegfried took pity on Patroklos in the story of SCV because he reminded Siegfried of himself.

 

Siegfried is a respectable character but is an emo in my opinion,always stuck in the past and in an unending journey for redemption ,just my opinion though~

It's really weird that Amy is beating Raph.

Also I don't mind Patroklos, just to chip in here.
An annoying shit is still more interesting than the bland heroes we've had before.
Patroklos' grating personality and total incompetence is something I'd remember much longer than Seigfried's brooding and repentant crap. I feel there's more potential with Patroklos, if he were written better...

Not that I'll miss him or anything, I just prefer him over the others.

I'm surprised that Edge Master is the less liked character. For the first time in SC, I didn't mind playing a mimic. He is so cool.
