Seems quite possible, not to mention next week is full of big holidays in a bunch of countries so it's probably the best time to make a reveal in February.
That day in particular coincides with Japan's National Foundation day so revealing the remaining Japanese characters would be a fitting tie-in.

The thing about that is that there isn't really anything big going on later this month as far as I know. With CES we always had the more fitting Japan EVO around the corner but February's pretty blank on prominent gaming events or even major holidays after Chinese New Year. And it's hard to imagine them waiting until March and having another big gap between reveals.

Character reveals are happening a lot quicker because Dragon Ball Fighter Z is officially released. SCVI will get more coverage by Namco before release instead of a nearly 2 month wait. 12/7/17 - SCVI is official announced at The Game Awards confirming Sophitia & Mitsurugi while teasing Groh. 1/25/18 - Groh, Kilik, Xianghua, & Nightmare confirmed. Hilde, Maxi, Tira, Taki, & Cervantes confirmed to be February 11 because those players mained those characters. February 11 that is nearly 3 weeks later.

If we get a 2-3 character trailer every month from now until release say... six months from now (July), that's only 12-18 characters on top of the currently known 5. Hardly the full roster.
So, yeah, better to bring out a new trailer every month to keep the game in people's heads than, to forget about it for two months.

Probably not at this event on the 11th but there's no way they'll miss Valentine's Day on the 14th to reveal Ivy.
