Yup, you would have been able to, not anymore. Too bad they didn't just release that webpage that described all the cool stuff they could have done with always online BEFORE they took it away. Guess you don't realize what you have until it's gone. Also didn't help with Sony jabbing MS for everything in the background, but ah well, what can you do? Can't really blame 'em for it.

I knew about it well beforehand and knew what we had too. The web page was up well before the reversal. People just couldn't believe it until Steam did it I guess.

Oh, I knew about this stuff too beforehand. I had always planned on getting an XBoxOne from the beginning. They just did a bad job of getting their features out to the public in a way that wouldn't revolt them, and Sony just sat back and watched them tie their own noose.
