Tera Went Free to Play recently It use to be Pay Per Month.
Tera is a 50 gigabyte MMORPG, with stunning graphics and an original Skill based Combat System.
Also it has PK one of my favorite pvp systems. Pk means that you can kill another player at anytime.
There is a lot of people playing aka endless noobs to kill.
Its an incredible game and i highly recommend you try it.
