It was recently announced that OneFrameLink would be providing various pot bonuses for the new and upcoming major "The Fall Classic" taking place in Raleigh, NC, September 14 - 16. As if that wasn't already extremely generous of them, they have also announced that the remaining amount of funds (SSF4 and UMvC3 amounts are already determined) would be divided based on feedback from a voting system OFL created just for this announcement. SCV is included in this vote so let's not waste this fantastic opportunity for our game and community!

Spread the word as much as you can, stop looking at your create-a-souls, general discussion threads, and other things for just 5 minutes, make a twitter, and simply retweet a vote for calibur. If I have to, I will come to each one of your profiles and post obnoxious things on your wall.

I love both SC and DOA but just can't vote for either one out of principle, both developers made some big mistakes with the 5th installment

Boon promised to release a teaser for the 6th DLC character if Inj won. Hence, all the casual players jumped in.

As for Tekken, it jumped up because Markman promised to give out prizes to tweets voting for Tekken. The winning tweets would be decided at random.

Without those two incidents, you would probably best estimate those two games to be hovering around KOF XIII's level of votes otherwise.

 

Well, TBH I never saw calibur scene as a big twitter group. This kinda thing really targets other scenes.
