Video capturing from XBOX

Hi guys,

I saw some of you posted some pretty nice videos on the forum.
Im intersting in doing this as well... but havent got a clue on how to do that.

What methods are there, and which ones are you guys using?
Also, what hardware would i need to do it?

Any tips on doing this are welcome...
