How come even though it's all linked to YouTube, and plays straight from YouTube none of view counts hop back to YouTube? Is it just they way it was programmed?

Bots click the page, but don't click the video. Video click = YouTube view.

Ohhh, that's odd. I watched my own video on here and it didn't say I watched it over on YouTube though.

If you had already watched the video from that ip beforehand then utub won't count it as a view again.

I don't think that's how it works though. After clicking edit on a YouTube video, it gives a view. If I watch a vid on YouTube it gives another view. They really quit on worrying about views now. I could probably put my views through the roof if I had a refresh bot, but it'd do nothing for me. I'm just saying none of the views from this site seem to apply to the YouTube view count. I just find it weird is all.
