when was Algol's reign over the world?

When was Algol in power? I place hm in 500 BC because that is the start of Greece at it's peak. I like the thought he ushered in that era of Greece success. Is there any piece of information that would confirm this thought or debunk it? Very curious

So he existed further back in time prior to 3000 BC at least. Ok awesome thanks. I know SCV made Edge Master eternal and hints to him existing back then, is there definitive proof that this is true? I had known about the pharaoh I just was unaware that was 3000 BC. So I guess when they state Algol is supposed to resemble a warrior from a forgotten time they weren't exaggerating
