I tried to get the one's out that were exactly the same.
At least we found one new combo!

All 'ws' above should be wr (and put in the notes that they mean while rising).
The B*B above is a typo and should be B:B.

For beginners:
AS= 6B+K
WL= 4B+K
WC= 2_8B+K
_ = or
wr= while rising
BT= back turned
CH= counter hit
:= just frame
FC= full crouch (2G)
[]= hold
should be added above (think I got them all).

Since I can remember, everyone on the forum has always used WS for while rising or "while standing". I think this may have started a long time ago as to not mix up While Rising and While Running.

So using 'WS' is correct. And because everyone uses WS instead of WR it's also the reason we call Wind Sault "AS".

I would think while standing is your 'normal' position so that if you do A+B while standing it's a different move than intended.

Nothing is guaranteed after the 6K, as it is a shakable stun. The best combo for BT B is: BT B, 3B*A~2_8, WC B:B, AAB.

Also CH 4BB, (slight delay) 66A+B has been a tech trap since SC3, it does more damage than not delaying it, and will also ring out forward.

3B*A has a strict timing, maybe that's your problem. You have to release A just before the maximum charge time.

Yeah, I made a thread for that problem at CF.com. Are you using a CaS model with Talim's fighting style? If so, that's why that combo is missing at the WC B part.

Those CaS models are taller than the normal Talim model, so her hit ranges are altered as a result. The combo still works technically, but really REALLY requires perfect just-frame 3B:{A} timing. You have some slop room for 3B{A} with the generic Talim, making the combo much easier to execute consistently. If you want to customize and still want to be able to do all her combos, you'll have to alter her normal model and not go to the CaS system.

Hmmmm, then I can't imagine why WC B:B would whiff if you're getting 3B{A} to put them in a falling animation.

EDIT: Perhaps there is a difference on inputting ~8_2 for the WInd Charmer spin? Maybe one side gives better results than the other, though I don't recall having a problem with whiffs (or is it being blocked)?
