Who do you want to see appear as a guest character?

This may be a bit unorthodox but how about...

THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES?!

They should put that rat sensei guy instead. But he should be decent size and not small like Yoda.

Call me crazy for saying this, but I have been thinking about the hunters... from Monster Hunter. It would be the first guest appearance to be compatible with CaS. There would be a whole slew of new weapons like the Sword and Shield, Great Sword, Dual Blades, Long Sword, Switch-Axe, Lance, Gunlance, Hammer, and Charge-Axe. Not only would the weapons and armor be there, but also the elements and status effects would be too. I think it would work out since Lost Swords is doing elements, too.

Elements:
Fire
Ice
Thunder
Water
Dragon

Status Effects:
Poison: self explanitory.
Sleep: maybe some drugs that puts your opponent to sleep after a given time.
Stun: Some nero-toxins that can make any normal hit a stun hit.
Slime: perhaps a ticking time-bomb that will go off momentarily, might be passed between fighters.

If your curious as to what this slime does, here's a video...

...and yes, I'm aware that some of these might have to work differently from their home series for balance reasons.

Guest characters are the embodiment of a bad choice, Namco do all the work, this means working on balancing, adapting and creating practically from scratch, not to say movesets that can't be used because copyright, which is pretty undeserving, not to say market to other series, for what? For some sells that will endure for a single game.

By the way, Lighting? Really, crappy character, with boring personality that won two games because the producer likes her? Lighting is a sorry excuse for a character.

Personally, instead of guest characters, I wish they'd do what they did with Soul Calibur III and add Namco themed CAS parts. I know they also had guest characters, but I got much more use out of the Kos Mos outfit and such.

Just think, a couple of forgettable guest characters they'd have to pay royalties for, or a ton of costume pieces from other Namco Bandai games that could be made use of.

The thing is Soul Calibur is basically a Sword fighting game!! =P So you'll need a guest that uses swords on knives like Ezio (or a sabre for star wars chars..) but I think Final Fantasy characters fit in perfectly!

They are both Japanese companies, and the FF characters almost always have some badass gunblade, future sword thingy that would be badass in a game!! Not that I expect Namco to read this, it's just what I want... Also Rikku in the game would be AWESOME!!! =]

Ideal Guest- the most fitting one with SC aesthetic style

Realistic request- the most mainstream money catch thing avaible (but please at least try don't chose unfitting modern/future shit) that agree to be there at the lowest price

Smart move- In addition to the Guest, drop there a Tekken character, but not just retard DJ moveset with not 3D model (yeah, Yoshi, but Yoshi at this point is a SC dude as much is a TK one).
Of course, chose one compatible with SC.
Or do some tweaks to keep shit in style, like do a Mishima ancestor (a mix of Kaz/Jin/Hei may attract some tekkeners) that as CE turn into Devil form (so more possible DJ/DK players)
Being Namco stuff they don't even need too much negotiations, on contrary Harada will probably be happy of extra TK spotlight
