        Well there was literally no one in GCNY and no one in ranked when I posted this. So I went to get a player match and they were all labeled "casual game" and I was like "I'm totally down for that!" and they were like "NO FUCK YOU GTFO WITH YOUR A RANK AND YOUR GRABS AND YOU TRYHARD SON OF A FAGGOT."

        1: During clash you'll see a button on the screen that looks like it's being pressed. Hammer that til it changes, then repeat the process. Do it faster than the other guy or die.

        2: Yes you can tech throws. It's just hella finicky and lag never helps.

        See, that's what I've been doing in clashes, but it never seems to work, I lose almost instantly. I didn't think I was that bad at mashing :(

        As for the grabs...yeah, I dunno. I've been mashing B like a crazy motherfucker, trying to throw somebody, and they just don't even care. Grab me out of my grab animation and I can't tech.

        And if worse comes to worse, you can unlock a perk that lets you autotech throws. And in THIS game, there's no shame in using it.

        Naa it's just hard if you play on pad for all of your life and just switch to stick. I still learning stick as well but only for 2d games and using it for GG but my problem right now is finding a good position to lay my fingers for the GG layout. And maybe your GGXX cabinet is jank, IDK places dont care of good care of machines anymore unless you are at a arcade or something.

        Nah, it was an "arcade" at the mall with about twelve machines, half of them prize games and claw machines. The only other decent game they had was House of the Dead, which I'm pretty sure is required to be in every arcade ever, so it doesn't count.
