        Well you'd have to contact the site administrator personally and get him to transfer your info and privileges to a new account. However seeing as you have no posts to track, no premium member status and no personal contacts in following you, you should just create a new account.

        The site is regularly swept for repeat IP's and the inactive account once it gets flagged will just be eventually deleted at some point anyhow. And this would save the site admin (who has his hands full as it is) some time.
