went to apex had a good time i think i place 9th or tenth place not too sure but for the first time at a tourney with top SC players

There used to be a ladder system a couple years ago I believe, but that got scraped. The ranking system in place now is for offline tournaments; the more you attend and the better you place, the higher your rank.

Yeah.. If you want to rank better and level up, you would want to attend your local offline scene.

I see but i have beaten a lot of ppl so far in i have won a lot if tournaments but nothing i feel like a big fish in a small pound man i won a lot of tournaments from gamecrazy to conventions and nothing i dont know what else to do
