Which means Leixia should have a better P1 costume because her primary costume is trash. I think they mean guzheng because it's like the koto. I like that her profile says "Leixia believes in heroes, and perhaps, deep down, she would like to be one herself." This leads to her 22_88B quote for evading something: "I'm too good". Leixia is confident in her own skills & has the tools to back it up.

Z.W.E.I. even has a backstory now (I guess they realized that pushing for "mysterious" didn't do him any justice). I don't remember reading about his mother, his exposure to war, how he met Siegfried, or that his demeanor came from being treated like crap from his last bio

I am ok with this as long as they dont do something really stupid with it.

Also Chai Xianghua and Chai Xiba. Interesting. Confirms Xiba as the son of Kilik in his profile.

The bio of Natsu now doesn't say anything aside that Taki is her master and that Aharabaki it's sealed with her. Nothing about she travel with Leixia and the others or any more info about her ._.

That's weird, I just hope they keep Aeon the way he is now, because for the first time in the series, he have a original and cool fighting style.

Well glad she still had that storyline maybe Taki would show up in the story.

Well, I don't think is bad recycle some moves of a character that aren't going to appear in the series. I prefer a Kratos based movelist instead of a Sophitia/Phyrra who is already in the game. And like I say, those wings make Aeon specially cool. Never pay attention to him in the others SC's but now I play him a lot because of this.
 
So... If Astaroth now have his Bio from SC4, and also his height and weight are changed too, does that mean that the original Astaroth is still alive? Same goes for Yoshimitsu, his height and weight are unknow, just as they was in SC4. His Bio is new though.
 
Siegfried's profile now says that he killed his father after he got Soul Edge...whoever made that change clearly missed the point of Siegfried's character arc from Soul Blade to the present or simply never either played the first Soul Calibur game to know exactly why Siegfried eventually became Nightmare in the first place.

With that, I'm am now ignoring the profiles as presented on that website. If they can't even maintain narrative consistency, then why should we take their changes seriously?

So instead of even attempting to take a chance and develop, they decided to cop out. Yep, this is a new Namco indeed.

*looks at Xiba's profile*"absentee father" though? Just be upfront, Namco. Kilik is a deadbeat.

And why they have SC4 profiles for the veterans and no profile for some (Natsu), is beyond me.
