I dont mean in terms of input lag, what i mean is the game seems to run ever so slightly slower. 20 frames in VS is 1/3rd of a second, online 20 frames seems like 1/2 a second, the whole game kinda feels like VF4 under water mode where everything runs slower. i can block GI, JG and avoid moves...

it says theres a penalty but i dont see one, what is it?.

is it possible?, the cpu sucks and can't JG anything so i've no way to test if it can actually be JGed or not. can anyone test to see if it's possible to get all 4 hits?.
