Best character for a Soul Calibur noob?

Someone who's decent(mid tier or up) that isn't awfully hard to learn.

Wanted to learn a few people but there combos just seemed way too annoying. Like Knightmare doing stances in the middle of combos and just awkward movements from Astaroth and Yoshi.

Go to training look for the characters whose Ease of Use is higher

Don't worry so much about tier list.
There isn't one right now...and there won't be one until national finishes.

If you literally want to take the easy road I'd recommend Pyrrha. She is a 'Jack of All Trades' character that specializes in safety and punishing characters for being unsafe.

a Patroklos isn't that hard to use...

Maybe at a competitive level, but he's not hard to use..

I would suggest you start out with Patroklos because he is like the Mitsurugi in IV; powerful but easy to use.

O yea i forgot. xD Best character for "n00bs" to play as. Not best character "to master." :P

And i agree with Mage. Reg. Patroklos is a good suggestion. :)
