I know I'm unoriginal, but I would like to create Noire from Hyperdimension Neptunia. I've been struggling to make a decent replica of her, but to no avail. So would anyone be willing to make one for me and give the details for CAS?

I tried to make Noire but failed spectacularly. Whoever this Cinia girl is just might be doable, so I'll give it my best shot. Don't expect much though.
